Simply Greer Events & Gatherings was founded by restaurateur Greer Fredericks with a simple belief: smaller gatherings create more meaningful experiences.

With over four decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Greer brings proven excellence to every event. Her experience running beloved Southern restaurants — Peaches Southern Pub & Juke Joint, Mama's Boy Southern Table & Refuge, and Jax & Co. — informs a commitment to exceptional food, warm service, and memorable experiences.

Greer's current flagship restaurant is Greer Southern Table, where the same scratch-kitchen philosophy and Southern hospitality that shape every Simply Greer gathering come to life each day.

We intentionally focus on events of 10 to 75 guests so we can deliver the white-glove service, creative customization, and personal attention that larger-scale events simply can't accommodate.

Greer Fredericks is the founder of Simply Greer Events & Gatherings and the chef-restaurateur behind Greer Southern Table. With more than four decades in the restaurant and hospitality industry, she brings a scratch-kitchen philosophy and an unmistakable Southern warmth to every event she touches — from intimate dinners to milestone celebrations.

Her work across Peaches Southern Pub & Juke Joint, Mama's Boy Southern Table & Refuge, and Jax & Co. shaped a single belief: hospitality is in the details, and the smaller the room, the more meaningful the moment.

Jess Hopkins is Greer's right hand and runs operations at Simply Greer Events & Gatherings. She works closely with Greer on each event but drives the details — timelines, staffing, vendors, and execution — from first inquiry to final pour.

From private dinners and milestone celebrations to corporate gatherings and off-site catering, Jess plans every event with the full Greer Southern Table kitchen, bar, and service team behind it.
